These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ring-sizer.app (the “Site”), operated by Ivica Lovrić, Croatia. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides a free ring size conversion tool and a printable ring sizer chart for informational purposes. The Site may display advertisements and related third-party content.

2. No professional advice; sizing accuracy

Conversions and charts are based on commonly used industry reference tables. Ring fit can vary by brand, ring width, metal, temperature, and finger shape. The Site is not a substitute for professional jeweler measurement. For engagement rings, custom jewelry, or expensive purchases, confirm size with a qualified jeweler. We do not guarantee that a converted size will fit a specific product from any retailer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, overload, or compromise the Site or its hosting
• Interfere with advertising, security, or consent mechanisms
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us
• Copy or republish substantial Site content as your own commercial product without permission

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, and code are owned by the operator or licensed to the operator, except for third-party libraries, fonts, icons, and advertisements. You may use the converter and printable chart for personal, non-commercial sizing purposes. You may not rebrand or resell the Site as a competing paid product without written permission.

5. Third-party services and ads

The Site may load third-party scripts and services, including Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Font Awesome / CDN assets, and Vercel hosting analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or ad destinations you choose to visit. 6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ivica Lovrić and the Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any conversion or chart — including incorrect ring purchases. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for using the Site in the past 12 months (currently zero for free use) or (b) EUR 50.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Croatia shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
